Mr Hsu Ching Yuh, a Taiwanese and Singapore Permanent Resident, is our CEO and Group Managing Director. He holds a Diploma in Precision Engineering from Taiwan Taoyuan Poly-Technic and has over 20 years of experience in the metal stamping and precision engineering industry. Mr Hsu founded our Company in 1994. He led the management in developing the business and management strategies of our Group. Over the years, he has transformed our Group's operations from one factory with about 50 employees in 1994, to eleven factories

with over 1,700 employees in 2007.

Mr Hsu joined Mien Yeu Enterprise Co., Ltd in 1983 as a Sales Manager and held the position of Managing Director when he left the company in 1992. During this period, he was responsible for the design and fabrication of tooling and was in charge of regional sales in the country. From 1993 to 1994, he was with Singapore Shinei Sangyo Pte Ltd, where he was overseeing the general operations of the assembly and machinery section. At the same time, he also set up AMZ-Max Industries Pte Ltd and was a director of the company.

Mr Hsu is currently the Vice President of the Taipei Business Association in Singapore and serves as a School Adviser to Lakeside Primary School.

Mr Soh Weng Kheong is our Executive Director and Group Deputy Managing Director. He joined our Group in 1994 and oversees our Group's strategic investment and corporate planning activities. He has over 19 years of sales and managerial experience in the metal stamping and precision engineering industry. Initially, he was involved with sales and marketing, providing technical support to customers and the preparation of quotations and product exhibitions in Singapore and S.E. Asia. Then, he joined Swiss Precision Industries Pte Ltd, where he moved

from serving customers in the metal stamping industry as a Sales Engineer, to technical support, business development and the preparation of product exhibitions in Singapore and other ASEAN countries as a Sales Manager. He joined AMZ-Max Industries Pte Ltd in 1993 as a General Manager and was responsible for the overall management of the business of the company.

Mr Soh holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has been a member of the Institution of Industrial Managers since September 1988.

Mr Loo Choon Chiaw was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on 13 May 2003. He has been practicing as an advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since 1981 and is currently the Managing Partner of Loo and Partners, a law firm in Singapore. He qualified as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln's Inn, London and obtained his Master of Law degree from the University of London. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, and a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of both the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Beijing Arbitration Commission. Mr Loo is also an independent director of several public listed companies in Singapore.

Mr Sitoh Yih Pin was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on 13 May 2003. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a director of a certified public accounting firm, Nexia Tan & Sitoh. Currently, Mr Sitoh is the Advisor to Potong Pasir grassroots organizations. He is also an independent director of several public listed companies. Mr Sitoh holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
